The SPS 60W supplies up to 60W of 24V DC constant-voltage output (24V / 2.5A). Stay at or below the nameplate rating — if the connected LED load exceeds it, the overload protection shuts the driver down and it auto-recovers after the excess load is removed.
Can I run the CertaDrive SPS 60W below its full rating?
Yes. Partial-load operation is supported. For the longest service life we recommend keeping the connected 24V load above 30% of rated wattage, giving a practical working window of roughly 18–60W for this model.
What protection features does the CertaDrive SPS 60W include?
Every CertaDrive SPS 24VDC unit includes open-circuit (no-load) protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection with automatic recovery. The IP20 metal housing is designed for installation inside a luminaire, cabinet or above-ceiling space with adequate ventilation.
