The PHILIPS GreenPerform Trunking G2 LL130X represents the latest generation of energy-efficient LED light-line systems. Featuring an innovative press-fit mounting mechanism, transparent inner end caps for seamless light continuity, and field-replaceable drivers, this system delivers exceptional reliability and installation flexibility. Available as trunking and standalone luminaires, the LL130X is the ideal 1:1 retrofit replacement for traditional fluorescent trunking systems (2×58W T8), achieving over 50% energy savings.

Installation & Mounting Guide
The LL130X system is designed for fast, tool-minimized installation. Luminaires snap into pre-wired trunking with a press-fit mechanism. All mounting accessories ordered separately.
Mounting Options
Surface Mount (Ceiling)
Fix the LL130Z MB surface mounting bracket with 2pcs M4x30 screws. A safety fastening screw on the right side is provided with the bracket to ensure correct installation. Bracket spacing: 1100mm from each end.
Rod / Pendant Mount
Mount the trunking via threaded rods. The safety fastening screw on the right side is provided with the rod-mounted accessory. Use spring washers or tooth washers to prevent nut loosening.
Suspension Mount
Use suspension brackets (LL130Z SP) with steel wire ropes (LL130Z Chain, L=1.5m x2). Fix the wire rope to the trunking before installing luminaires. Press to adjust wire rope length.
Safety First: The luminaire shall be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or national requirements. Switch off power supply before changing the product or connection. The luminaire must be grounded before use and remain grounded during operation. Indoor use only. Do not use other electrical products in this luminaire system.
Installation Steps

Mount the Trunking
Install suspension/surface/rod brackets first. LL130X L1500 fixtures use 1100mm bracket spacing from each end (2400mm center). LL130Z L3000 trunking can accommodate 2 luminaires. Use spring/tooth washers to prevent loosening. Torque: M6x40 screws at 4Nm, all other screws at 0.8-1.2 N.m.

Align & Straighten (Optional)
Install the LL130Z I Bracket connector at trunking joints. The straightening part has a notch that must sit at the junction of 2 trunking sections. This ensures perfect alignment for continuous light lines. Tighten all screws to 0.8-1.2 N.m.

Snap In Luminaires
Press both side spring clips simultaneously and push the luminaire body into the trunking. Ensure the male plug (fixed on luminaire) aligns with the female socket in the trunking. For PSU 6/PSD 10 models, note female head markings: Normal Lighting vs Duty (Backup) Lighting. After installation, firmly push the male-female connector junction to ensure proper contact.

Wire stripping length: 8mm. DALI control wires require glass-fiber sleeve ø8 (not provided). PSU models do not include DALI dimming wires.
Important: For PSU 6 and PSD 10 models, pay attention to female head identification inside the trunking: Normal Lighting and Duty (Backup) Lighting. Insert the male plug into the correct female head based on your circuit plan. Basic insulation is required between LV supply and control conductors.
End Cap & Accessories Assembly
After installing all luminaires, fit the appropriate end caps. The input end cap includes a power cord inlet and crimp clamp base. The tail end cap has no wire inlet. Select end caps matching your trunking wire configuration (PSD 5/10 or PSU 3/6, BW WAGO or standard terminal).
